The earlier the better. We recommend getting in touch at least three to six months before your event. This gives us enough time to design your site, sort procurement, and lock in logistics without anything being rushed.
Every package includes site design and layout planning. Marquee supply and setup, signage and branding, logistics and coordination, on-site support, and pack-down and removal are all handled on a case-by-case basis. Add-ons like photography, videography, social media coverage, and print collateral are also available.
