CowManager is a world-leading dairy cow monitoring system. Tasked with communicating and connecting the dairy farmers of New Zealand we have undertaken a series of campaigns, assisting when required.
Filmed over a 12 month period we wrote, storyboarded, organised and filmed a series of three short commercials. The commercials were designed as fluff pieces to communicate that with CowManager, you will know more about your dairy herd.
We built two characters, one a lovable team member who is always surprised and sometimes caught off guard by his team leader, who in this case is our other character and uses CowManager to 'read the future'.
Each short piece focused on one of the three modules within CowManager (health, fertility and nutrition).
During the time of these commercials running through digital channels such as YouTube, Facebook & Instagram, we also produced print adverts for magazines and newspapers such as the Dairy Farmer, Farmers Weekly & Dairy News.
Tasked with building a high-end clean site to welcome farmers to come and speak with their local distributor about CowManager, we knew we needed to stand out.
Designing a space is much different than designing a poster, however, with our great friends at Prime Builders and our Creative Team, we built against a time crunch a stand-out site that can be re-skinned and updated for many years to come.
We initially built this project out in the early months of 2023, in 2024 we also managed this project for our friends at CowManager, this year taking to the sky with a 1.8-meter tall NEON EAR SENSOR! Did you spot it this year at Fieldays?
Having created and run Farmer Stories for CowManager since 2019, we discussed shaking up the format and bringing something fresh to the market.
Across 2023 and early 2024 we filmed 3 short episodes of "Mating With CowManager". A small series that followed Greenleaf Pastures first every mating season with CowManager.
Pre-mating, after-mating and then pregnancy testing and results were the key focus. These are real down-to-earth interview pieces other farmers can trust because nothing is held back.
